Pond One

 

Open to Residents & Day Fishing
Day tickets available on the bank
Has twenty pegs. It contains a wide variety of lilies and reed beds
situated around two islands in which to stalk your quarry.
The pond is set in a mature oak woodland.
It contains  Tench  & golden tench at 1-5lb, rudd, roach, perch and
crucian carp  to 2.5lb. bream to 3lb.
Plus mirror and common carp to 20lb+ and golden orfe to 2.5lb.

 

Rules

 

Opening Times: 7am – 8pm (or dusk Whichever is earlier).
No Keepnets. No Radios. No Pets. No Litter. No Fires
Ground bait in moderation
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult
Use the toilet provided NOT the bushes!
The pond in front of the lodges is for residents only.
Day ticket anglers are not allowed to either fish or walk around this lake.

 

Pond Two

 

Open to Residents only
Has twenty four pegs. It has been designed as a marginal fishery
and has reed & lily beds between each peg.
It contains mirror and common Carp to 20lb. 
crucian carp to 2.5lb. tench & golden tench to 4lb.
rudd and roach to 2.5lb.
perch to 3lb
plus skimmer bream between 1-2lb and golden orfe to 2.5lb

 

Prices

 

Day ticket anglers £10 per day
Residents £5 per day (pay on the bank).
Or £20 per week if purchased at the start of your holiday
Maximum 2 rods
No concessions
Non fishing visitors (who must be accompanying an angler) £5
